Chausu Mochi (Rice cake)
This dessert is made from Toramame beans, known as the “King of Steeped Beans,” mixed with sugar, eggs, starch syrup and rice flour and then topped with kinako roasted soy flour. The chewy mochi filled with toramame beans carries over 100 years of tradition in every bite.
