Hirosaki Castle Chrysanthemum And Autumn Foliage Festival
When the mountains begin to change colors, the 1,000 maple trees and 2,600 cherry trees in Hirosaki park begin to turn just a little late. The old castle is dressed for autumn, with events focused around the Hirosaki Castle Botanical Garden, with the north Ou area’s premier Chrysanthemum Dolls, western-style chrysanthemum animal topiary, and carefully grown, fragrant large, medium and cascading mums in full bloom.
Hirosaki Park is filled with beautiful autumn foliage spots, and visitors are sure to get a deep sense of the season.
