At Hotel and Hot Spring Resort Shirakamikan, the Japanese style rooms (for 2-5 people) are filled with the warmth of wood. Inside the hotel is a public bath with natural hot spring water, Shirakami no Yu, as well as smaller baths for guests only. They say the water helps recover from exhaustion, and can help with nerve and muscle pain as well as poor circulation. After your refreshing bath, a dinner made with wild maitake mushrooms and mountain herbs with roasted river fish, tempura and yosenabe hotpot, all put together with our chef’s exquisite skills, awaits you.
