Shirakami-Sanchi Visitor Center
The Shirakami-Sanchi Visitor Center opened in 1998 to serve as a central facility to provide information on Shirakami-Sanchi’s attractions and natural conditions, as well as promote ways to get closer to nature.
It has a film hall with a big screen showing scenes of Shirakami-Sanchi in all 4 seasons, and an exhibition hall dedicated to the world’s beech trees, natural heritage and ecosystems.
