The Snow Country Drifting Snow Program is a winter standard. This tour is unique to the snowy north, as you tour the blowing snow in the harsh cold of Tsugaru, Aomori’s winter. Tsugaru’s famous Drifting Snow happens when snow accumulated on the ground is picked up and blown around by strong winds. Why not come and see it yourself?
