Clams Ramen
This ramen is made with stock from local Lake Jusanko freshwater clams in a salt broth. It’s topped with plenty of clams as well, and the rich broth with the plump clams is a true delicacy!
You can get these local clams in many places near Lake Jusanko, including Wakayama, Michi-no-Eki Jusankokogen Tosamu Green Park, Outlook Lounge Harunire on Tachineputa no Yakata’s 6th floor, and Poppoya on the 2nd floor of Tsugaru Railway Kanagi Station.
